Aaron Allred

Rhea Booker
Chartered Accountant and Director
Rhea grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato and studied at the University of Waikato. She has worked at Fonterra and Beef + Lamb NZ as well as for the Midlands group and Ashburton Contracting, here in Ashburton. Rhea moved to Mid Canterbury with her husband in 2015 drawn to the large scale farming. She loves the agricultural industry and helping people better understand their business performance. Rhea enjoys mountain biking, bush walks and getting on the farm where she can, with her husband and two children!

Tracey Milne
Senior Accountant
Tracey earned a BCom majoring in Accounting from Canterbury University and has 18 years experience in the accounting industry, including both private industry and public practice. She has extensive experience working with small business and also ran her own business for three years. Her hobbies and passions include spending time with family, yoga, walking. She has completed 4 half marathons and plans to do more!

Diane Hastie
Accountant
Diane brings a strong mix of commercial accounting and practical farming experience to the RBA team. She holds a BCom from Canterbury University with three majors including Accounting. She began her career in the commercial sector, but returned to her farming roots after starting a family. What followed was 20 years in the Canterbury dairy industry working sharemilking, contract milking and in equity partnerships with her spouse - plus five years of management accounting for a corporate farming group.
In her spare time she enjoys catching up with family & friends.

Rosemary Adlam
GST Manager
Rosemary has worked in the accounting industry for a number of years. She enjoys working with all of the business and numerous farming clients. She has a keen interest in all sports, particularly netball.

Carissa Morgan
Accountant

Kerri Preece
Accountant
Kerri has been part of the Rural Business Accountants team since August 2019, She holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is currently working towards her Chartered Accountant qualification. Prior to RBA, she built experience in administration, payroll and customer service, which continues to shape the way she interacts with clients. Outside of work, Kerri loves catching up with family and friends, doing a bit of crafting, and getting out in the fresh air - especially when there's snow on the mountains.

Joanne Jackson
Administrator and Payroll
Joanne joined the Rural Business Accountants team in August 2023. She has a strong background in administration, gained through roles in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand. As the firm's Administrator and Payroll officer, Jo works closely with several key members of the team to ensure things run smoothly. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family or relaxing with a good book.
